- Overnight stays are welcome, based on availability
- Minimum 3-night stay on holiday weekends
- No overcrowding allowed - $10 extra for each
additional person per night
- No deductions for late arrivals or early
departures
- Friendly pets are welcome if on a leash
- Guests supply their own bed and bath linens
- if needed, $5 per bed
- Enjoy yourself. At 11:00 p.m. please comply
with our long-standing QUIET request
- No boom-boxes or car stereos at any time
- Upon arrival guests must notify us of any
intended visitors and register all their visitors
at the office
- A visitor’s fee does apply - $5.00
per day, $10.00 overnight
